EXCLUSIVE FULL-EVENT CENTER RENTALS INCLUDES ARE THREE EVENT ROOMS
Includes main event room, attached east event room, and loft. Event days are charged at $2,500.00 per day, set-up and/or dismantle days charged at $400.00 each. Contact Scott Sandstedt for more information.

There is a $300.00 non-refundable deposit required to hold event date. This deposit is applied to the total facility rental fee. Fifty percent (50%) of the balance is due 30 days from date of rental agreement and is non-refundable should Rentor cancel the agreement. Remaining balance is due ten (10) days prior to the event date. A security deposit will be charged and is non-refundable.
RENTAL DAY
Facility rental day: 8:00 am to 12:00 pm.
INSURANCE REQUIREMENTS
All users of the Old Warehouse Events Center must provide a certificate of insurance.
OTHER INFORMATION
All indoor facilities have a “NO SMOKING” policy.
All events are subject to approval by The Old Warehouse Management.
All security deposits requirements are required on all events.
